The limited processing of technical data required to protect the form is based on Make IT’s legitimate interest in securing its website, preventing misuse and ensuring the availability of its services, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Fields identified as required are necessary for us to process your request. Without this information, we may not be able to reply.
Your company name, telephone number and any additional project details are optional unless otherwise clearly indicated in the form.

Your data is only accessible to authorised persons within Make IT and to technical service providers strictly required to operate the form, host the website and deliver messages.
These service providers may only process the data as required to perform their technical services and must ensure its confidentiality and security.
7. Hosting and data location
The website and the contact form processing service are hosted using Amazon Web Services infrastructure. The primary region planned for this processing is AWS Europe (Paris), identified by the codeeu-west-3.
Some technical providers may rely on subprocessors located outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards provided for under data protection law.
8. Data retention
Data relating to a contact request or prospective client may be retained for up to three years from its collection or from the most recent contact initiated by the person concerned.
If a contractual relationship is established, certain information may be retained for longer periods to comply with applicable legal, accounting or contractual obligations.
Technical logs used to secure the contact form are retained for a maximum of 30 days, unless a longer period is required to investigate a security incident.
